Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete

As it is all over the news, you’re now most likely aware of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete and the associated risks.

As the Government are putting the pressure on building owners to arrange RAAC Inspections, it is an incredibly stressful situation and can be hard to know where to look.

At K&E, we have been undertaking several inspections for our education based clientele over the last couple of months, thankfully with no RAAC to be found so far. However, it is not only school buildings that are affected, as many public buildings across the country are finding RAAC.

We still have availability to undertake and prioritise RAAC inspections, for all building types. Our surveys are inexpensive, and we are making sure the report turnaround is time sensitive.

If you are concerned about RAAC, please get in touch with us.
