Badsey First School – Heating & Pipework Replacement
We supported Badsey First School with a major upgrade to its ageing heating system, following a condition survey that identified outdated boilers, pipework, radiators and controls approaching the end of their service life.
Our role included preparing the project specification, Employer’s Requirements, drawings, and design risk assessments, acting as Employer’s Agent, and managing the Building Control process through to completion. The project documentation also required coordination of the Building Regulations application, site inspections and completion certification.
The works were designed to provide the school with a more reliable, efficient, and controllable heating system, incorporating upgraded heating plant, replacement pipework, new radiators and improved building management controls.
