We are a specialist practice of Chartered Building Surveyors

Kenneth & Edwards are a practice of Chartered Building Surveyors with specialist knowledge and experience in the fields of residential & commercial building surveying, asbestos consultancy & architectural design.

Patrick (Paddy) O’Connor BSc (Hons) MRICS leads the surveying division.  He works closely with Solicitors to ensure that their Clients’ needs are properly addressed when purchasing a new home.  Typically this is likely to entail a Building Survey or Major Defects Survey but we will be happy to talk you through all the options and tailor a survey especially for you.  Our surveyors are also frequently involved with the purchase or lease of commercial premises and will be happy to discuss your requirements.

The asbestos consultancy team is headed up by Miles Tilling MSci (Hons).  Miles has a wealth of experience in the asbestos surveying and analytical industry.  He advises conservation architects and listed building owners about the presence and management of asbestos in historic buildings.  Miles is currently nearing completion of his second Masters degree in Building Conservation, Technology and Management.  He is also currently half way through his official training to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.

Our architectural design team have a core of regular Clients mainly consisting of residential developers and schools.  We also specialise in residential extensions and will be happy to talk through your ideas over a coffee.  For more information contact Patrick O’Connor BSc (Hons) MRICS.
